I am here for my amazing sister Beau!
Since she was born Beau has always helped everybody she could and now I want to help her achieve her dream of studying acting in Bristol Old Vic Theatre School UK this autumn!
Out of thousands that applied Beau has been offered one of only 14 places to train in the prestigious Bristol Old Vic Theatre School UK this Autumn.
It is a world class training school that has started the careers of Daniel Day-Lewis, Jeremy Irons and Peter O'Toole to name a few.
This is a huge achievement for a Galway actor and just goes to show what kind of talent Galway can produce.
(Even Mr Irons went there)
As a family, we couldn't be more proud of her! As any actor can tell you the audition process can be a very lengthy and stressful one, not only for the person auditioning but for the family at home waiting for that phone call!
We have had many disappointing phone calls over the last few years but finally, we got the news she got a place! However, the reason I am here is because as a family we don't have the kind of cash it takes to pay for this amazing theatre school!
The fee for each year in this 2-year programme is £9000, not including living there!
My mum and dad have been up all week trying to figure out what they can sell and it breaks my heart that they will stop at nothing to help me and my sister!

I know this is not your typical Go Fund me page but my sister Beau is not your typical girl either.
She is a hard working, kind hearted human who has never stopped pushing herself and now she has been given this opportunity I will do anything and everything I can to help her get there.
She is also a very talented actress and accomplished stilt walker! Beau has been in nearly every Macnas parade since she was 11 when she first learned how to stilt walk. Here she is performing on the streets of Galway in the Macnas parade The Shadow Lighter and below is a video of the Symphony for the Restless.
She has also been very involved with other Galway community groups such as the Galway Youth Theatre and The Galway Community Circus.
