Get well soon Lisa G!

Lisa G is an amazing member of staff in our nursery and after school club. She is incredibly dedicated and always gives 100% to everything she does. 

Over the past year she has been in terrible pain with a sever lower back disc extrusion and nerve compression. Despite this she has kept going, working through it all even when everyone was telling her to go home! It all became too much at the end of October and she is now off sick from work, doing her best to be brave and wait. We cannot begin to describe the pain she is in on a permanent basis, even the strongest painkillers are barely helping.

Sadly she is still on a waiting list to be seen on the NHS and so she used her savings to be seen privately at the harbour hospital. They have given her a procedure and so far she has spent £2000.  Unfortunately it is looking likely that she will have to have the disc fully removed at far greater cost and obviously she will be unable to work or earn any money as she recovers. 

We all miss her terribly and so we decided to see if there are any kind, caring and generous people out there who may be able to help. Any donation, no matter how small will go towards helping her now and helping her recover.
