Get Well Julie Fund
Donation protected
Anyone who knows Julie knows she is feisty and fun. It came with shock to learn that she has experienced a rough start to the new year. On January 10, Julie was getting ready for work at the JCC and was not feeling like herself. She knew she needed help and called 911. While waiting for paramedics, a blood clot traveled from her leg to her lungs and she collapsed. She was unresponsive when help arrived and had to be revived many times by the first responders. She was on a breathing machine and remained in a coma until evening. That evening she started regaining consciousness--nothing short of a miracle. Since Thursday Julie has been in intensive care and is in stable condition. However, her road to recovery is not over. She is expected to be in the hospital until her health is stable (undetermined at this time).
Her family and friends have been by her side supporting her. We have started this page for her and her family to help them while caring for Julie. All donations will be given to Julie to help fund her road to recovery so that we can see her warm smile around the camp fire. Thanks for your time.
