Get Team ASC to the Commonwealth!

Two ASC clients have been invited to the 2019 Commonwealth Powerlifting Championships, Tree Grennan and Andy Plant! Tree and Andy need help funding their trip and ideally would like to be able to bring their coaches Adam and Rachael of ASC Performance with them for handling and support on the day.
Tree - "I am living my best life as they say. To say I am chuffed is an understatement. I started Powerlifting about 2 years ago, doing my first comp in Feb 2018. I have come a long way since April 2016 when I was very unhealthy and unhappy and fast approaching 50. I started to get fit and began lifting and just love it. I have never been particularly sporty or competitive, so the changes and opportunities that Powerlifting has given me are really surprising and completely joyful. To be able to compete in the Commonwealth Championships would be a huge privilege. Powerlifting is not a funded sport so I need to finance it myself. So any help you can offer would make all the difference. I will be forever grateful and promise to work hard and go out there and do the best I can."
Andy - "My journey into Powerlifting began like many others, initially I wanted to get fit and in shape. I soon discovered that I was more interested in seeing how much more I could lift each session, chasing numbers became my favourite part of training. In January 2018 I made the decision to start Powerlifting and I found a great coaching team in Adam and Rachael at ASC Performance. Since then my training sessions have become the best part of my day. I have now been given the opportunity to represent England at the Commonwealth Championship, an honour that I thought would be a bit further down the line if I'm being honest. To be given this chance is an absolute privilege and I'm extremely grateful for it. Without Team ASC and their support and coaching I wouldn't have made it this far."
But we aren't just asking for help in exchange for nothing!
Over the next 11 weeks we will be running a sponsored bike/ski/row/walk to Canada, hosting a bake sale, BBQ and nutrition seminar and holding a raffle for a prize worth hundreds of pounds!
