Get Students to the Polls

I am Casper Smith and I'm raising funds for my Eagle Scout project, in which I am encouraging students at Hays High School to vote in the November election. The project consists of two phases:
PHASE 1 — A voter registration drive for HHS students who will be 18 years old by November 6th, and
PHASE 2 — A field trip to the polls so they can actually vote. The Texas Secretary of State has declared Friday, October 26th as Student Voting Day.
Phase 2 is where I need your help!
Hays CISD is fully supportive of this project. However, despite the educational value of getting young voters to the polls, we can't use public funds—taxpayer money—for this project. The district has agreed to let us use a Hays school bus if we cover the cost.
Encourage the next generation of Texas voters to engage in the civic process. I need your support! Any amount helps, and please share this with your friends.

HOW WILL THE MONEY BE USED? — Money will be used to pay for the bus (driver and fuel), all printed promotional materials, and any online fees associated with promoting or carrying out the project.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO LEFTOVER MONEY? — Our goal is to set up either a district activity fund or a standalone organization (similar to a booster club) that will hold money to be used for future student trips to polling places. We are investigating our options, but in either case, any overage will ultimately be given to the school district for this specific purpose.
WHAT IS THE SCOPE OF THIS PROJECT? — This is a pilot project limited to Hays High School. I have been encouraged to make a project kit/template so that it can be rolled out in future elections to all three Hays CISD high schools. This won't be a "one and done" project.
ARE YOU SUPPORTING ANY POLITICAL CANDIDATES? — No. Both the Scouts and the school district are prohibited from endorsing or publicly supporting any candidate or party. To be clear, this is a strictly non-partisan effort.
