Get Pat Carrera back home safely!

I hate asking for money, but the situation is serious.  Our family was in Punta Cana, DR celebrating a family wedding.  My brother did not seem well the entire time and the day before he was to fly home with my sister, he got worse.  They took him to the resort clinic where is oxygen level was 60% and he had a 102.2 fever.  The doctor's say if he had gotten on the plane, he would not have made it :(  He has been transported to the hospital but they won't give him antibiotics until he is admitted but the cost is $5,500 a day.  They want to keep him 72 hours before deciding if he is well enough to fly home.  He has pneumonia as well and the situation is grave.  Any assistance is greatly appreciated.  We need to get him home where he can receive proper treatment.
