GET MICAELA HOME

Sunday 05.09.21. Father’s Day. Will forever be engrained in our hearts. 9:20pm Micaela and I lost our best friend, first love and best father we could have ever asked for. He sadly lost his life in a motor bike crash at the Gold Coast after failing to navigate a bend.

As most of you know, Micaela lives in Wellington, New Zealand. With the current COVID 19 restrictions and border closures, we haven’t been able to get Micaela a flight home. Being 3 weeks since Dads passing, this is extremely difficult for our family to comes to terms with.

Micaela and I have decided to put off Dads funeral until she is able to be by my side to get through this hand in hand. She’s my best friend and I know Dad wouldn’t want us to do this without each other.

I have opened up this Go fund me page as our next option is to get Micaela on a chartered flight to Brisbane. Which unfortunately is around $8000-$10,000 plus the cost of hotel quarantine on top of that.

With the costs of Dads funeral along with many other expenses at this time, we cannot afford to get her on this last resort flight.

We miss our Dad so much and all we want is Micaela here so we can lay Dad to rest and give him the amazing service he deserves. He was a legend of a man and was loved and adored by many
