Get meg home

As everybody knows I lost my beloved Meg to cancer last week and I really want to get her home but unfortunately I am not working at the moment and haven't been able to for a while as I've been having to look after her.. as everybody knows my dog is my whole life and meant the whole world to me and I really don't want her in there any longer than she has to be.. this is something that I did not want to have to do but I'm struggling to raise the money to get her home ..I already have half of it I just don't have the other half ..please help get Meg back home with me where she belongs..i am totally lost without my soul mate
