Jesse's Hormone and Surgery Fund

The NHS wait times are extremely long plus I've been waiting already longer than most, and I can't cope with the pain of dysphoria. Getting hormones will help so much, but the only way to do that now is to go private. Being a student who rents a house means money is extremely tight, without any added costs, so paying for this is almost impossible, I'm just asking for some help, so that I can try to finally become who I truly am. The first step is a psychological assessment which costs £300 to £400 depending on who's available and when etc. The second step is a physical assessment which costs £300 After that as long as all is good I will get my hormones! I will then need 3-5 follow up appointments to check that all is good, these each cost £100 each, I will need them every 6 months for one year, then annually until the NHS take over my care which is estimated for 2 years time. Any help is so greatly appreciated as this is all so hard to pay for. I have changed the gold amount as during the mental health assessment I was told I would need to have top surgery as soon as possible, and that the wait for the NHS is too long. My treatments has put me in debt meaning my partner and I are trapped in a toxic shared house and cannot afford to leave. I just want to try and live my life.
