get fit 4 mental wellness

I have just recently lost m job and PTSD has been a big factor in this. I have been recently  helped to get back on track with my PTSD by a group called Get Well 4 Mental Wellness but still have no sight for a new job. So I have a plan to travel the UK coast line with my dog and a tent to raise funds and awareness of this charity. But to get me started i just need some help getting through the next few months will bills and to help get some accentual items for my long trip. I am looking at having everything in place by no later than Feb 2020 . Once I have got this done I will be getting up a fundraising page for this charity.
