Get Busy Living Fundraiser

Tax deductible
On Friday, Sam Zurawel and myself will participate in an event at Stratton Mountain, Vermont called 29029.  We were inspired to participate because of our very dear friend and fraternity brother, Chris Devero.  Chris was fortunate to participate last year and couldn’t speak more highly of what a first class, life changing event it is and was for him.  In August of 2010, Chris was diagnosed with an astrocytoma….a tumor that is a progressive form of brain cancer.  Chris had surgery and took an oral form of Chemo for a year.  He has spent the last eight years studying nutrition and competing in multiple athletic events like marathons, triathlons, and other big life challenges like 29029.  Recently, Chris’s tumor resurfaced, and he has begun the battle again.  As we lift him and his wife Katy up with our love and prayers, we are participating in this event to raise money for  Kid's Shouldn't Have Cancer, on behalf of Chris Devero.  This is a foundation that is very near and dear to his heart.  He has raised money before for this organization in honor of Micah Ahern and Jonny Wade, two young children that lost their battles to cancer.  Please help us raise money for more pediatric cancer research by donating to Kid's Shouldn't Have Cancer.  Thank you so much for joining us in this battle!
