Get a VEO Cam and subscription

This is Lucy Clark and I am the founder and manager of TRUK United FC.

Over the last 18 months TRUK United has grown and we now have supporters all over the world and we want to give everyone the chance to watch us play and therefore we need to get a camera and the right subscription so we can live stream our games so people all over the world can watch TRUK when we play our matches.

Formed in 2021 TRUK have gone from strength to strength breaking down barriers and showing that Trans People belong in sport. In 2022 we fielded the first team consisting of solely Transgender Women and in 2023 we fielded the first team consisting of Trans Masculine people both of these games were against Dulwich Hamlet FC. In 2023 we have won 2 awards and have also been selected as a Big Issue top 100 gamechanger. The awards we have won have been LGBTQ+ Sports team of the year and Football v Homophobia grassroots team of the year.

We have players from all over the UK and plan to play matches all over the UK so people can watch us live but for those who cannot make the game it would be amazing if we could live stream the games so everyone can be part of our journey.

We are self funded and therefore we do not have the money in hand to get this camera as just putting on a match costs us around £500. The funding will be used to get a Veo Cam 2 and a years subscription and would allow us to live stream all our matches so those who cannot attend can watch TRUK and see how we are progressing on the field.
