Get a kidney for John Wilson

Please help us raise money for my father to get a kidney. He has been fighting a kidney disease called Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD) and only has 3% kidney function left. He has been battling severe pain due to enlargement of his kidneys since they have grown to the size of footballs and he is unable to take any pain medication since they cause kidney failure. He is only 50 years old with a family that loves him dearly including his wife, 4 kids, and 3 grandkids. He is also the most kind, loving, and giving man ever that has helped many and never asked for anything in return so now it is our turn to help him.  He has been on dialysis since July 2016 and we are hoping he receives his kidney real soon but unfortunately his insurance has run out through his work and in order to receive his transplant, he has to have the money upfront as well as help with medication so his body doesn't reject the transplant and it will help with his 4-6 wk stay in AZ for his recovery period. Please help us reach our goal because we can't stand the thought of losing him at such an early age.
