Get a diagnosis for Audrey

If you know our family you are probably very familiar with Audrey's history. Audrey is 10 years old and has suffered from a undiagnosed chronic illness for five years. We have seen numerous specialist. We have undergone hundreds of tests and we have come up with no answers. Audrey suffers from severe rashes, high fevers, blisters on her throat, GI problems,  body aches and chronic fatigue. These symptoms last for months at a time and she gets a few months of peace in between. Her last relapse came with what we thought were her worst symptoms yet. We struggled to keep her fevers under 106 and her hives had progressed so much more excessively than we have ever seen. Sunday October 11th Audrey went in to relapse. Her hives are so much worse than they were last remission and we are just waiting on the next phase of her illness to kick in(usually blisters on her throat and then fevers. My husband and I have tried to ride her relapses out and have faith in our health care system but we cannot continue to watch our baby suffer. I finally put in a request to the Mayo Clinic. Within two days they pulled all of her records and coordinated with their team to get Audrey the best group of specialist to help us at least know what is causing her illness and hopefully how we can manage it. A phone call from our insurance company revealed they will not pay a dime. We have reached out to our Union reps to see what we can do and are hoping to hear back soon but until then we are on our own. This amount is just a starting request to hopefully start the process of getting our baby a diagnosis. Anything even a share or a prayer is greatly appreciated at this time.
