When it rains, it pours. A recent update for the Carter Family.

Mrs.Carter's car broke down. The electronic module in the car will not allow the vehicle to start. Mrs. Carter was informed that she had been dropped from her health insurance. She does not know how she is going to be able to pay for her doctor's visits or her co-pays for her medications. Thank you for taking the time to scroll down and read the latest developments. Our beloved Gerald Carter was a wonderful brother, husband, father, and friend. Who touched the lives of those around him. He leaves his wife, Barbara of 55 years of marriage and daughter, Vondalyn Carter.

Gerald Carter was a military veteran and a member of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity. He dedicated 26 years to the Board of Education of New York City.
