Georgia Tech Table Tennis Regionals Fundraiser

Hello, we are the Georgia Tech Table Tennis Association, a student organization at the Georgia Institute of Technology committed to providing more opportunities for table tennis players of all levels.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we currently have a shortage of funds and are kindly asking for your consideration in donating to our cause. 9 players on our varsity team have qualified for the 2024 National Collegiate Table Tennis Association's (NCTTA) South Regionals in Fort Worth, Texas for the Co-Ed Teams, Women's Teams, Men's Singles, and Women's Singles events. It would mean the world to us to be able to compete this year, but we are in desperate need of funding to cover registration, airline tickets, and lodging.

This tournament is a necessary stop on the road to Nationals. Players first play at the Divisional level to qualify for Regionals. Playing and excelling at the Regional level can then earn athletes a ticket to Nationals. Last year, our players qualified in the Co-Ed Teams, Women's Teams, Men's Singles, Women's Singles, Men's Doubles, and Women's Doubles events. Our Women's Team placed 5th out of all the teams in the nation, while our Co-Ed Team placed 9th. We also placed in the top 4 for the Women's Doubles event.

This year, we are aiming for even greater results. Some of the players on our varsity roster include former national team members and state champions. Everyone has been training hard to play their best and has been looking forward to this tournament all season, so any contribution would mean a lot to us.
