George Diaz, Our Dad, Gone Too Soon

Donation protected

This is one of the hardest things my family and I have had face and come to terms with, the passing of my father. I am sure many can relate to a death of a parent, this is particularly hard, because it was a suicide and we did not know he was so sad. We have had such great support and sincere kind words, filled with compassion; words can not describe how much it is appreciated, and has helped and continues to help us grieve during this this terrible time of loss

My father, George, was a hard working dad to three, plus one; he was a husband, and grandfather to three youngsters, their “Pappa.” He always wanted his kids to be happy, and would do all he could to make it possible.

He would lend a hand to anyone that asked, and never expected anything in return. He was the handy man of the neighborhood, he was a very reliable, loyal, and honest man.

My whole life, he was working non stop to provide for our family. He was the main source of income and would sacrifice anything to make sure we always had clothes, food and shelter. He always made it work no matter what…

My parents have a mortgage on the house and with my fathers income, they were able to make the montage payments and have food on the table; make ends meet, paycheck to paycheck. Without his income we will lose the house we live in, and be homeless. With the unexpected, unbelievable death of my father, and the already hard financial situation, the expenses for the funeral and service, or cremation and service, is beyond what we can financially afford at the moment. My father was the only way they could afford health insurance for my mother; she has illnesses that require medication that ends up being hundreds of dollars, with out insurance, that will run out. He was the reason my mom was able to afford medication for her missing thyroid, and also have it monitored. They were a team…

The pain I feel to have to have to ask for help, makes me feel bad and sad. I would pay each and every person back if there were any possibly a way…

With the house mortgage, and an equity loan deadline approaching in two weeks, and the cost of funeral or cremation expenses, and to help continue my moms medical insurance and care, until everyone can get on their feet, I am asking for help. Please. My family will be homeless if we cannot pull together the next few payments and pay the equity loan on the house. My family and I genuinely appreciate any way of helping, including the time taken to read this, and or share to spread the word of how loyal, responsible, and loving of a man my father was…. It’s the thought that matters, Thank you all, for we are all one. Spread universal love.
