George & Charla Furtado rebuilding fund #creekfire

Hello Everyone,

My parents George and Charla Furtado are, for lack of a better word, amazing people and would give anything they could to help others in need. They are so selfless and would rather watch, help others thrive than to worry about themselves. Right now, even though they would disagree are in need of our help. Their home has been destroyed,
something they have worked so hard for and spent their retirement on to fix up so they could live in Shaver Lake full time. They lost everything along with treasured belongings by the Creek Fire that is currently engulfing much of Fresno and Madera counties right now. Thankfully they are safe and were able to evacuate with a few important belongings but will have to rebuild their lives and will need your help. All they had time to leave with was a suitcase, their pets and some personal memorabilia. Any funding (no matter how small) would greatly help relieve some of the financial stress this situation has created.
Many of you have already offered to help in any way you can. We greatly appreciate it! Insurance often takes quite a long time to
process, even afterwards, there's financial and emotional stress involved.

Funds will be used for helping them find a new home to live in, replace personal belongings, furniture, tools, etc.
