Gem’s run for the NHS
Tax deductible
Running 1000km to help those on the front line throughout the second lockdown.
The pandemic is far from over and NHS staff put themselves on the line day after day. They need our help now just as much as they did back in the spring. So as I did in spring, I'm pledging to run a target distance and make those kilometres contribute towards saving lives during another peak of coronavirus.
My previous run was 350km and I surpassed the target by 150km, reaching 500km in the first lockdown. Now, in our country's second lockdown I'm aiming to surpass 1000km (another 500km) before the 1st January 2021. I want that daily run to count and to help. Please join me in supporting our healthcare system in what has been the most challenging year that is 2020. They still need you to do your part.

My run was covered across multiple media outlets back in the spring and I'd like to thank all those who contributed during that time. Your money really does make a difference. Something small can really add to the help that our NHS needs.

This run complies with government guidelines of one exercise per day. I will document my kilometres as I did last time to calculate my final distance.
