Mr Edward's Needs Help with Heat

My dear 75 year old friend, Mr Edward, is still paying off the cost of filling his propane tank last winter. He lives on a very fixed income and is currently using  space heater to keep one room in his house warm. Please help me help him to finish paying the remaining $500 of this $900.
