Help me get knee surgery :)

Hi everyone I am a 23-year-old Serbian girl. And three years ago I had to get ACL surgery after an accident during volleyball practice, I got better and was able to finish my college carrier; however recently in may 2019 I had a very bad accident and was told it was just a knee distortion. Following this injury I had another one in July where again I was miss-diagnosed and told I had a knee distorsion. Finally following a third injury I was diagnosed with a re-rote ACL and a meniscus tare. Because of how long I was miss-diagnosed I need two surgeries (immediately) , one to fix the meniscus and one to repair the ACL. The meniscus surgery must happen by the end of this month (January) and to do so I need 2000 euros, that my parents are unable to afford. The cost of the ACL surgery will be estimated after the first one, so now I just need to know I can walk properly by the beginning of February.
