Hey everyone,

 

If you haven’t heard yet, my older sister (Tara) was recently diagnosed with cancer. Fortunately, this cancer is likely fixed with a surgery. She has surgery scheduled this next week and was recently told what would be expected upfront money wise. She needs this surgery soon to keep it from spreading.

 

Tara and her husband Raul have worked so hard the last couple years establishing a family business. Unfortunately, this has meant going without health insurance for a little while. Which makes this time incredibly difficult for them financially on top of the emotional, mental, and physical stress.

 

This is tough time for their family. I would love to ease some of the financial burden if possible. If you feel lead to give we would really appreciate it. I also ask that you keep their family and the doctors in your prayers. Let’s surround them with comfort and peace through this time. We remain optimistic that the surgery will take care of it, but it is still a very scary thing.
