Gaza Appeal - help bring my family to safety

152 days and the siege continues on our families in Gaza.
My name is Nahil, I live in Sydney and I have 16 family members currently taking refuge in the Latin Church in the North of Gaza, Palestine.
The family members include my Uncle and his wife, his son and his family and 2 daughters and their respective families.
I have delayed creating a Go Fund Me page hoping our Australian Government would step in and help bring our families to safety as they did with the many families at the start of this disaster.
I am now compelled to reach out and seek support as it will have a significant financial impact on us.
Our grandfathers home pictured, which has been in our family since before 1948 Nakba, is now completely destroyed. The homes of my three cousins were also completely destroyed during the early months of the bombing.
They have lost everything from their homes to their belongings to their memories.
Each family member have been granted approval for their 600 Tourist visa allowing them to enter Sydney - Australia. The sponsored visa is currently the only avenue for repatriation from Gaza to Australia available to us.
We kindly ask for your financial support, no matter big or small, for the following:
16 persons:
- Ya Hala Egyptian border crossing fees; excess of $5000 USD per person and subject to change,
- Flight tickets from Cairo to Sydney excess of $2000 per person,
- Accommodation costs in Egypt,
- Accommodation costs in Sydney for each family approximately $600 per week for 6 months until they can set themselves up with work,
- Other living expenses including medicine, groceries, electricity and water bills,
The situation is dire and is only getting worse, should they not be able to enter Sydney in time or be allowed to leave Gaza, the donations will go towards assisting them to rebuild their lives in Gaza.
We have hope but can only pray we will be united together with the charity of the community.
Our hearts are with them and thank everyone in advance for the incredible support provided.
