This holiday season the hope is that we can gift a very special little boy with an adaptive stroller for Christmas. Gavin is a one year old boy that is going through a very crucial development period of his life and needs some extra help to catch up to his twin brother Spencer. His exact medical diagnosis has yet to be determined but every day this little boy is fighting to get his body to cooperate with his mind.

He currently receives physical therapy to aid his development; however, this adaptive stroller would provide Gavin's body with the proper support he needs to tone and stretch his muscles when he is not actively receiving therapy.  It would also allow Gavin to have proper body support at all levels- table, floor, etc.- so that he may interact with his peers with the drop or raise of the stroller seat. At this stage in his young life, this adaptive stroller is an essential tool that Gavin needs to help him reach his full potential-not only in his physical abilities, but in his overall development.

Gavin's family has fearlessly stepped into this unfamiliar world of special needs and are taking all necessary steps to help Gavin. Both of Gavin's parents are dedicated to helping their son succeed at any cost; however, expenses tend to add up with three children under the age of three. Medical insurance only covers a small portion of Gavin's medical needs and the family does not qualify for certain medical programs or state assistance programs. This is where we come in.

Any amount that you can gift would be a great contribution towards helping a little boy reach his first developmental milestones. Even if you can't donate at this time, please feel free to share this link with others on your personal social media pages using the hash tag #TeamGavin. There is so much that we can sometimes take for granted in this life, especially during this season when we're all focused on finding that "perfect" gift. But what better gift could you give than putting a smile on this little boy's face?
