Gather:Festival North 2018

Gather:Events started in 2015 with a heart to start simple, regular, worship and prayer gatherings in the North East of England and open them up to whoever feels called to be there.  Our heart wasn't to grow a huge worship event but to allow space for people to do real business with God in our meetings and to be a catalyst for unity, prophecy and greater intimacy with God.
Isaiah 55
1 Come, all you who are thirsty,
come to the waters;
and you who have no money,
come, buy and eat!
2 Come, buy wine and milk
without money and without cost.
 Why spend money on what is not bread,
and your labor on what does not satisfy?
Listen, listen to me, and eat what is good,
and you will delight in the richest of fare.

Gather:Festival North in August sees hundreds of Christians from a variety of backgrounds, gathering from all over the UK in Northumberland to worship, intercede, grow in their relationship with God and fellowship with other believers.  This is a great place to rekindle our fire for God, be encouraged by testimonies of what God is doing in the Nation, sanctify ourselves afresh and be refreshed in God's presence. 

This year we're looking to simplify the structure of the event while still maintaining the substance of worship and prayer at the centre of it all.  This money will go towards the promotion, hiring in of toilets and facilities and helping to honour travelling worship teams and those who come and serve at the event. 

This money will enable Gather: to continue in it's work to gather believers calling them back to that place of intimacy with the Lord and being strengthened and refreshed in His presence.  

It is our desire to keep festival ticket prices to a minimum so funding is essential to the viability of the event.
