On October 3rd, Gary Bolinger, a US Marine Veteran, was brutually beaten by two men and a woman in his howmetown. He was repeatedly kicked in the face and head. His face is broken in several places and he needs reconstructive surgery as soon as possible to repair the damage.
No specialist or hospital in his area will accept his insurance and he is running out of time to have his face reconstructed. They have not given him a referral to a provider that will accept his insurance, and he can't wait any longer to have the surgery.
Gary and his family have to pay for all of his medical care and surgery out of pocket because of the issues with our healthcare system.
Gary dedicated his life to serving our country and fighting for our freedom. His arm was blown off in war and had to be re-attached; he still has bullet fragments in his body from his service to this country.
