Gary Peters's Medical Fund

On Friday December 29 th Gary was diagnoed with double pneumonia. Later that day  he was having trouble breathing and went to the Salem Hospital where they discovered he had ruptured his left lung. Gary was deemed to critical for Salem Hospital so was transported to OHSU. Shortly after he arrived while trying to move him into a room he went into cardiact arrest. They were able to bring him back and he was placed on life support to give his lungs and heart some help while his body fights the infection.
The doctors are doing all they can to help him recover but the prognosis is said to be several months to a year once he can be taken off the machines that are helping him live.
Gary and his wife Jennifer are a two income family that are bairly making ends meet. Jenniefer and their two children will need extra help and support to survive while Gary is going through this tough time.
Gary  is a gentel giant with a huge loving heart, he has worked all his life to take care of his family and now he needs our help to make sure they are ok while he recovers.
