As many of you know, Dad and Mom have been married and inseparable for the last 60 years. They have 4 children, 9 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren. Their marriage has been one for the ages, a glowing example of what marriage should be.
Both have become very sick in the last month. Dad has a very aggressive form of cancer and has already lost a kidney and is on very expensive medicine to try to slow down the cancers progress. Mom has been in the ICU for 2 weeks and has had 4 surgeries with the possibility of more. As a result their medical expenses have climbed in excess of $350,000.
Over the years Mom and Dad have touched so many peoples lives through their kind deeds and service. As a family we are trying to raise money to ease some of their medial expenses so they can focus on the long healing process ahead of them.
We are seeking immediate help to raise $14,000, a small amount to help put a dent in some of their medical costs and cover the costs of funding a long term care facility.
