Gardener's Gallery School Fundraiser

Hello, we are Organic Beginnings Montessori School!

We are a Virginia Beach school that works in harmony with nature in addition to the academic curriculum of language, science, mathematics, culture, and refining the senses. It is our mission to gently guide each child through an independent process of self-creation in an organic environment where they can gain real-life experiences that encompass freedom, fulfillment, responsibility, and a sense of community.

As our families know, we have grown so much in the last 5 years. This growth has us saying goodbye to our little schoolhouse and hello to a beautiful, bigger building at 1701 Baltic Ave. Before we say goodbye to the home that has housed our school for the last two years, we want to organize a moment to welcome families into the space to help us say goodbye.

This fundraiser is hosted by OBMS Staff, Mara Daucourt, and Alexa Langley! Together, we invite you to a Gardener's Gallery in our schoolhouse garden. We will be opening up twelve 10-minute mini-photography sessions that must be reserved before the event. To secure your slot, we are asking for a $50 suggested minimum donation. With your reservation and donation, you will receive a minimum of 3 edited, virtual images of your child(ren) in the garden.

This event will be held on Monday, August 21 from 4-6PM! Time slots will be reserved via Sign Up Genius, the link can be found on our IG!

Donations are open to all who want to help us reach our goal! Each dollar raised helps us achieve our goals of making the outdoor space at our new location equally as special and full of growth. You can see our inspiration picture at the top of this page. We dream of a garden that acts as an extension of our classroom, a space that provides a rich learning experience and nurtures our students.

Reservations are first come, first serve and we will do our best to accommodate everyone. Your session is confirmed when you have received an instructional confirmation email from us!
