G&E Partners Kayak for Mental Health

As everyone knows, mental health has become a prominent issue over the past few years, mainly due to increasing media coverage, and it is a cause that is close to the hearts of several of us here at G&E.
It is a problem that needs addressing and the brilliant work that Mind Mental Health Charity carry out is a worthy cause.
We have chosen to kayak the 11.2-mile length of Lake Windermere - the largest lake in the picturesque Lake District in the UK, on Friday the 20th September.
This will be no easy task but we wanted to challenge and commit ourselves to the cause.
Whether you are here in the UK or across the pond in the US, anything you are able to donate would be very much appreciated.
