Help build my glass workshop

Recently, I was introduced to the art of glass torchworking. I took to it like a fish to water and have since signed up for as many local classes as I could find. While trying to avoid sounding boastful, I am VERY good at shaping glass. After only having a combined total time of a few days under my belt, I am making pendants and statement jewelry pieces that I am comfortable selling. 

The problem? I currently have to drive an hour away to be able to indulge my creative itch to mold glass. Taking so much time to travel, and then working around the business hours of the studio, means that I rarely get enough time to really be able to experiment and grow my newfound skills the way I wish I could.

I have the time, the skills, and the space needed to operate independently; I just need the tools. Every dollar donated here will go toward building my own personal work space. I have invested a great deal of time in researching exactly how to safely structure my work space, and although it will be a significant initial expense, the availability of space alone will pay for itself in a very short period of time. In addition to being able to grow my skills faster, I will be able to purchase more raw materials with the money I have been spending to rent studio space. More raw materials means bigger and better projects! 

Every dollar helps, and I appreciate every small step that brings me closer to my own creative space!
