GaiRong's Medical Bills

This is my mother, her name is GaiRong and she lives in XingTai, Hebei, China, and she has diabetes which has caused flesh eating disease in her leg.
She got a cut on her foot and because she is a diabetic, she got an infection that spread quickly, and within a week her whole left leg was infected.
The leg began to rot away with Flesh Eating Disease and she had to have it amputated at the Hospital in China.
Although I live in the United States, and my family in China is trying to help, we are low on the funds to pay her expensive hospital bills as well as the continuing care she will need. She has been in the hospital for running on 6 months now and every day it becomes more and more expensive. The doctors will not release her until her infection has been completely resolved. She continues to need antibiotics and is bedridden most of the time.
The doctors in China are also going to refuse further treatment unless we pay the bills that are due. I am hoping to have as much money possible to pay the medical bills by August 27, 2017.
As her only son, and family in the US, I have been doing my best to balance 3 jobs in order to send as much money back to China so that the medical bills can be successfully paid. The fact is that even with 3 jobs I will not be able to raise enough money as soon as I need it by. My mother needs continuing care and treatment and it would be devastating if she were to be refused more care.
My father had a stroke as well and he is not able to take care of my mother himself. It is because of this that we have incurred even more debt because we had to hire a round-the-clock caretaker.
