Hola! Por este medio tocamos a su puerta para solicitar de su ayuda. Nuestra hija Gabriela del Mar es una niña de 9 años que será intervenida quirúrgicamente, por tercera ocasión, el 13 de septiembre de 2016 en el Shriner’s Hospital for Children en Boston, MA.
Para Gabriela la vida ha estado llena de retos desde su nacimiento. A los 21 días de nacida sufrió una septicemia que casi termina con su vida. Esto provocó un infarto intracraneal, afectando sus extremidades y causando un diagnóstico de ciega legal. Pero Dios se ha encargado de cumplir su propósito con ella aquí en la tierra. Esta cirugía es muy importante para su crecimiento y desarrollo. La misma se basa en corregir su pie izquierdo el cual se encuentra deforme, debido a las cicatrices que obtuvo de este choque séptico.
Nuestro deber como padres es agotar todas las alternativas a nuestro alcance para que Gabriela crezca y se desenvuelva como una niña normal pese a sus limitaciones. Por tal razón solicitamos de su cooperación. La cantidad no importa sino la intención que tenga usted de ayudar a nuestra niña. El dinero recaudado será utilizado para cubrir gastos médicos, traslados, estadía una vez sea dada de alta del hospital ya que debe permanecer en el área de Boston cerca de 2 meses luego de la operación para terapia y otros tratamientos.

Hi! Our daughter Gabriela del Mar is a 9-year-old girl that will have surgery again on September 13 2016 at the Shriner's Hospital for Children in Boston, MA.
For Gabriela, life has been full of challenges. At 21 days old she suffered a septicemia which almost ended her life. This caused an intracranial infarct, affecting her limbs and causing a diagnosis of legal blindness. But God has undertaken to fulfill her purpose here on earth. This surgery is very important for her growth and development. It is based on correcting her left foot which is deformed due to scars from this septic shock. This would be the third intervention on it.
Our duty as parents is to exhaust all available alternatives to us in order for her to grow and evolve as a normal child despite the limitations. For this reason, we request your cooperation, no matter how much you contribute to help our girl. The money raised will be used to cover medical expenses, transportation, lodging once she is discharged from the hospital since she must remain in the Boston area about 2 months after surgery for therapy and other treatments.
