Stories for Sleeping Babies

Losing a baby is the most devastating event someone can go through.
In the UK, 17 babies are born sleeping every day while 1 in 3 pregnancies ends in a miscarriage.
For parents, this means their hopes & dreams are shattered, their heart broken and often they have very little memories to hold on to.
For siblings, it does not make any sense, why would their much loved and expected brother or sister not come home? Why do they live in a "special place" while they are with Mummy & Daddy?
This is why I created this project, joining my two passions: babies & art.
On this project, we are all volunteers, from illustrators to graphic designers & event organiser. We take time out of our lives to support this project and create memories.
Stories for Sleeping Babies means that parents can have a magical story written for their much love baby. The stories are personalised & parents can include the name of the siblings too.
Parents receive two stories, one to cherish forever and one Baby will take with him or her to their place of rest.
So far, the stories have brought much needed comfort in such difficult time: parents have read the stories to siblings, or to themselves, have framed the stories to put in the siblings bedroom or on the little one 's place of rest.
We are raising funds for our Concert Music & Stories for Sleeping Babies to cherish and celebrate the little lives lost too soon, and need your help to offer families a celebration all children deserve...
Because no child should go to sleep without a bedtime story...
