Jake was called home to Heaven on January 20, 2021 after a courageous battle he fought as a true warrior every step of the way. Everyone who came into contact with him was blessed to learn the true meaning of faith, hope and love.
His life was a gift, and his legacy will live on in all the people who fought along side him as part of Team Jake, the world over.
His family is planning on a memorial monument at his gravesite that befits the amazing young man he was.
As we all know, funeral and memorial expenses add up quickly and cause more stress to an already difficult situation.
