I met Jessica when she trained my dog, and have remained a loyal customer for daycare and grooming. Like many of you, I have come to know and love Jessica and have wished for a way to support her through this time. Jessica and Steve were very involved in their family, community, PawsitiveK9Connections business, and Steve's service as a Shriner.

As you can imagine, the family was not at all prepared for the financial burden that comes along with the sudden death of a loved one. Jessica is the strongest person I know, and her most significant need, besides our prayers and friendship, is financial support to move through this tragedy. As a small business owner, Jessica is currently facing many unexpected expenses and, as a small business owner, does not have insurance to offset these costs.

Funds raised through this effort will support:

Steve's cremation, urn, and funeral service
Income losses due to delayed new business while she handles these logistics
Increased expenses to have extra employee time taking care of returning dogs
Moving forward, Jessica would love to work with a therapist to help her heal; a great therapist is incredibly expensive, especially without insurance.
