My BFF Kate~Help Me Keep Her Hair!

I hope you can help me!  My name is Donna and my BFF Kate and I go WAY, WAY, back to the 1980's.
 
Kate, one of the nicest, kindest, funniest, friendliest people on earth just got some challenging news.  After battling with pain for several years and a resulting hysterectomy this January, Kate was told she would now have to battle cancer.

One of the first things you notice when you meet Kate (well besides how funny she is and that you instantly want to be her friend) is her awesome red hair ~ well at least I did!   When she realized she was going to go through chemo ~ she knew that she would lose all that hair right away. 

I thought it would be great if she could make a wig out of that beautiful red hair.  Well turns out she can ~ but it costs $2,000!  

I know there isn't anything I can do to prevent her from having to have chemo or even being there for her since we live in different states. Hopefully I can help her keep her hair!  I realize that there are some bigger battles out there, Kate will be great, hair or no hair ~ BUT PLEASE~ Help me keep her hair!

Please donate something, big or small, so I can make this happen for my awesome friend Kate.... I know all of you friends and family members out there won't hesitate.  It takes 60 days to make the wig (that's how good it is) so we need to get started right away!
