Connie's Medical Expenses

I found out last week that I have to go back to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN.  I have had to take time to digest the news. They are sending me back because of  the progression of my Behcet's Disease in the hopes that they can find a medication that will work.  I am in agony right now because of the amount of ulcers I have, along with horrible migrains, TIA's, and alot more problems with breathing. My doctors say I need to go as soon as possible! Unfortunately this is very expensive, stressfull, and takes alot out of me. I deperetly need help with paying for everything. My mom and grandmother helped alot along with some friends on my last 2 trips, but we are all tapped out financially.  The average trip takes 2-3 weeks. So what I need Money for is:

Hotel $3500-$4500
Car Rental ?
Medical Equipment Rental $500-$700
Gas for Car ?
Bandages and Dressings $600-$900
Boarding My Pets $1000-$2000
Doctors ?
Tests ?
Medication ?
Medical Supplies ?
Food ?
