I got in! Help us get to Sweden!

Omg! I got in! On March 29th, 2016 Stuart and I found out I was admitted to one of the best Schools in the world Lund University in Sweden.

When Stuart and I talked about applying 6 months ago, we thought of it like playing the lottery. "Sure" we thought, "why not try, nothing to lose right?" I don't think this ever felt like a real oppurtunity to us and even now our heads are spinning at the thought that in four short months we will be moving across the planet, for me to attend college not only for Masters but at a school that is top ranked globally and built inside a literal castle. It's a fairly tale in the making.
That being said we do need help getting off the ground (literally, haha). Financial aid will cover my tuition and some living expense but it doesnt start until 2 weeks after we've already arrived in Sweden. We set up this Go Fund Me page in hopes that we could raise some finances to help pay for travel costs, document fees, housing deposits, and initial living expenses when we arrive. We will be starting in an empty apartment with no furnishings and no friends of family within reach.
That being said while financial support is welcome and needed, there are other ways you could help us make this journey too! We will being selling almost all of our belonging overs the next several months so if there's something you need let us know! We have a lot of quality furniture, a brand new king size bed, electronics and more. We also need to sell our cars, a 2001 and a 2007 Honda Civic both well maintained.
All of this makes me feel like the luckiest girl in the world. It is no secret that things have been a bit of an uphill battle over my lifetime. From moving out at 15 and the struggles of earning an education, I never thought I would make it to my Bachelor's let alone standing here facing the prospect of getting to earn my Masters in such an amazing way. I am so grateful to the bottom of my heart for all the love and support that has propelled me to this point. Through all the lonely nights, trying times, and hurdles so many of you were there to keep me sane, hopeful and motivated. I would not be here without the friends and family who have lifted me up time and time again.
This is the opportunity of a lifetime and we would be forever grateful and humbled by your support. Thank you for taking part in such a momentous part of our lives. We love you all!
