Please help with surgery for sweet dog

My best friend and dog Deboo needs surgery to remove some painful skin tumors and I am very embarrassed  to say that I need your help to save him. Deboo developed these painful skin bumps all over his body that would open and oozes pus and blood. The vet said the only treatment is removal of those skin tumors and costs almost $3000.    I lost my job due to COVID and am barely surviving on unemployment so can't afford it.  I have worked hard all my life and have not depended on any help until now.  Deboo is a 9 year old American bulldog and has been with me since he was 6 months.  He is extremely friendly and loves licking people to death.  We do everything together and I would give anything and everything for him.  I have tried to sell all my worldly possessions and it's still not enough.  My friends suggested this website and I resisted for a while (due to my pride)  until now.  If you have any spare change, please help save my beloved dog.  Until he gets the surgery, he will continue suffer from those painful skin growths.
