Cancer patient needs reliable car

Hi Everybody!
My name is Robert. Back in December '13 I was diagnosed with stage IV lung cancer. I was given 3-6 months to live. I have been fighting since. I have my good days and bad days. This cancer really takes my energy away. 
I had a family member taking me to all my doctor appointments but it ended up be just too much for them. I need a car to get to my appointments. 

Please don't think any amount is too small, every penny helps!
