Justice for Austin

Let's get some justice for AJ......

Almost two years ago, Austin was pinned between two cars by an intoxicated driver.
Three reconstructive and painful surgeries can not give him back the full use of his leg.

The person responsible for Austin losing everything never spent any time in jail, paying nothing for the several felonies he was charged with. 
This same person, who was free to roam instead of in jail, for reasons only the City of Eugene knows, was killed in a single-vehicle motorcycle crash.
Now the case is closed. 
Gone are hopes of addressing the person who took his legs for the past two yeas. Gone are any hopes of any financial restitution.

We are reaching out once again to all you beautiful people because Austin’s road to recovery just now begins. He has a long legal battle ahead to get those responsible for this injustice called out.

Austin is still unable to work, return to school or pick up his life where it was left two years ago. 
Last month he endured his third reconstructive surgery. He will have lifelong issues.

Raised funds will be directed toward gaining  legal representation and living day to day until all is resolved.
