We are 2 high school juniors, Aadhav and Levi, attending Carnegie Vanguard High School together on a mission, to extinguish the education and income inequality by offering free services and courses to everyone in the continental US.
During these pandemic struck times, this message becomes even clearer! As education becomes more limited, we know it is our responsibility to provide students with high-quality supplementary lessons/classes.
HOWEVER, in order to continue sustaining our various free classes, some of which include a year-long tutoring service for grades 3-8, a Python beginners course, and a competition math course, we really need your help!
When you donate, you are keeping these classes free for hundreds of students, many of which, if it were not for additional aid outside of school, would fall behind as this virtual school year will place many students in a tough situation.
Not only will it help students from all sorts of backgrounds, but it will also grant us a lot more time to develop and institute brand new classes that will further benefit students and even assist us in reaching different and new audiences!
Our goal is to organize all our classes and services in a timely fashion before the majority of school plans to start so that way, all students can have access to the correct resources before it's too late!
As high schoolers, it is very difficult for us to keep an organization with over 300 participants afloat by ourselves especially taking into account the numerous expenses that come along with just managing an organization.
Costs and Expenses:
- Currently, we are using Wix free as our website domain but in order to attract more people and to look more professional, we believe getting our own domain along with Wix Premium will be vital for the future.
- Canva Pro to create better and more polished posters for advertisement and announcements
- Email CRM services for better contact with members
- Paid Video Meeting Softwares allowing us to meet with students in higher quality and for longer sessions (ex. Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
No matter how much you are willing to donate, any amount will definitely help and get put to good use!
We are determined that we, together, can fix the world, one step at a time, because education, by itself, is a powerful tool that can be harvested to yield the most in the world!
