Future home for Margaret Parsley

84 year old Margaret Parsley's home was hit by a tornado Tuesday afternoon. Unfortunately, she did not have home owners insurance. The house is a total lost due to the roof shifting with inside structual damage as well as exterior damage.  Being on a fixed income with lots of medical bills from her lung surgery, she is not able to afford to purchase a new home. With the help of family, friends, prayers, and God, we are asking for small donations to help us get her something safe to live in. Because Acadia Parish was not considered a disaster area, no FEMA funds or grants are available at this time. None of us want to imagine having to start over, especially at her age.
