On 9/3, this world lost an absolutely beautiful soul, Mary (Gobrial) Rafeca.  At the young age of 47, Mary lost her fight against Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma.  She fought long, hard and tirelessly for the past several months.  Mary also suffered with Lupus for several years.  Mary was an amazing wife, mother, daughter, friend and colleague.  She spent many years positively impacting the lives of others as a drug and alcohol counselor.  If you needed Mary, she would be there with a helpful hand or a listening ear.  She had a heart of gold and smile that could illuminate a room.  Mary leaves behind a heartbroken husband (one of our closest friends, Marcos [Matt] Rafeca) and parents along with three young, beautiful children who were her world - Kylie, Jonathan and Gabriella.  

I am reaching out for support to lessen the financial burden of funeral expenses and medical bills for Mary’s family.
