Living expenses for family of Sarah

My name is Jennifer DeJong and I am the team mom for Sarah's U10 girls soccer team, but I also consider Sarah a friend. Sarah Carlson died last night from a heart attack. On the morning of October 2nd, Sarah wasn't feeling well and called her husband to come home. At around 2:45 pm she collapsed and an ambulance came and revived her and transported her to the hospital. Her heart stopped again in the ER where they got it going again and moved her to the cardiac unit where it stopped again and after so much work, she passed away.

Sarah was an amazing person. She always gave the girls everything she had at soccer practice and made sure they had fun at practice while learning new skills to improve their game. Sarah also loved her family more than anything. Her three girls were her world and I know that Maddison, Kelsey and Lainey are going to miss their mommy more than anything as well as her husband James. Sarah had such a giving spirit and would do anything for anyone. I am hoping to give James and their daughters a little piece of mind in helping them with this fundraiser.

These funds will be used for Sarah's funeral arrangements or for her three daughters if there is money left over and their needs.

With a service pending, obviously the sooner we can get these funds to the family the better.

The final expenses will be handled by me and handed to James personally.

I would like you to know we are all going to miss Sarah and her smile and laughter, anything you can offer in assistance would be greatly appreciated to her family.
