Our hearts are heavy and filled with sorrow at the sudden and untimely passing of Kwame Baker on August 20, 2018.
Kwame was a caring, loving, fun and dedicated friend, brother, and son. At the time of his passing he was living with and taking care of his mom who is retired, disabled and struggling with health conditions. It was just him and his mom and he did everything he could for her.
