Funeral Services for Eghosa Edamwen

Eghosa Edamwen (also known to others as "Alvin") was a loving brother to 4 siblings and the middle son of Mr. and Mrs. Edamwen and Victoria Benjamin. He was taken away at the tender age of 20 on Friday, July 14, 2017 at the rock pond in Malibu Creek State Park. On the day of his accidental drowning, he was doing one of the things he loved: site-seeing. In fact, in his final text, he wrote "I am at the park in Calabasas. This is the most beautiful place I've seen so far. It's worth the $12 for parking." 

My family would like to arrange a funeral near the site of his death in Los Angeles, California  (or if enough funds are raised,  we would really prefer to have his funeral in his hometown of Richmond, Virginia). We are also planning a special memorial service for friends, family and acquaintances. 

Eghosa's death came as a shock and we are not equipped with the resources to deal with the aftermath of his death. This fund will go directly towards the costs associated with a transcontinental funeral and memorial arrangements. Any contribution you can make will help us and everyone who knew Eghosa honor his memory well.
