Funeral of Vadim Vorobyov

Dear brothers and sisters in Christ, many of you already heard that yesterday we lost our dear friend, Vadim Vorobyov. His loss came suddenly and unexpectedly. It is hard to understand the sorrow of a mother who lost her only son, the pain of friends and relatives who knew him as a happy, cheerful, kind and sympathetic person. Many are perplexed about what happened, but no one knows the answer yet. When the paramedics arrived in the morning they only said that his death was instant, and it would have been impossible to help him. Vadim was last seen by his mother. Having talked about this and that around 1am, they peacefully parted for bedtime. In the morning Vadim woke up, took out a salad, cut up some cheese to have a snack during his work day and went down to his home office. He never returned. His mom found him on the floor next to his work desk. Many have seen Vadim joyful at the Sunday services in the Holy Virgin Protection Cathedral, where he served as an altar boy for a long time. An altar boy is a prototype of God’s Angel serving Christ in the salvation of people. And yesterday our angel left us to return home. Here, Vadim left his mother, who is unable to work due to health restrictions, and a student wife. Vadim's family has no funds for a funeral, commemoration, not to mention everyday expenses. We wholeheartedly ask everyone who has the opportunity to help his family in this difficult time for them. We also ask for your holy prayers for the newly reposed servant of God, Vadim. Remember him in your prayers, in your hearts and thoughts. Take care of each other, appreciate every moment, and may the Lord grant you health. The funeral service will take place on Wednesday, January 20 at 10am in the Holy Virgin Protection Cathedral in Des Plaines.
This donations fundraiser is organized by Irina Rodionov and Stanislav Rodionov in order to help the family of Vadim Vorobyov with funeral and to have some money for life. All funds will go to Daria Korteva, the wife, and Viktoria Kaidalof, his mom. 

 ******************************** Дорогие друзья, братья и сестры! Многие из вас уже знают, что вчера мы потеряли нашего дорогого друга и брата Вадима Воробьёва. Потеряли скоропостижно, внезапно. Невозможно представить боль матери, потерявшей своего единственного сына, боль друзей и близких, знавших его жизнерадостным, светлым, веселым, отзывчивым человеком. Многие недоумевают, что же случилось, но ответ пока не известен никому. Приехавшие с утра парамедики лишь сказали, что смерть наступила мгновенно, и помочь ему было невозможно. Последней Вадима видела его мама, поговорив в районе 1 ночи о том о сём, они мирно разошлись. Утром Вадим проснулся, достал салат, порезал себе сыр, чтобы перекусить во время рабочего дня, спустился к себе в домашний офис, из которого он уже не вернулся... Мама обнаружила его упавшим на пол рядом с рабочим столом.
Многие видели Вадима радостным на воскресной службе в соборе Покрова Пресвятой Богородицы, где он долгое время служил алтарником. Алтарник - прообраз Ангела Божия, сослужащего Христу в деле спасения людей. И вчера наш ангел покинул нас, чтобы вернуться домой...
На земле у Вадима осталась мама, которая не работает по состоянию здоровья, и жена-студентка. Средств на похороны, поминки и дальнейшую жизнь у семьи Вадима нет, поэтому мы от всего сердца просим всех, у кого есть возможность, помочь его семье в это трудное для них время. 
Также просим Ваших святых молитв о новопреставленном р.Б. Вадиме. Помяните его в ваших молитвах, в ваших сердцах и мыслях. Берегите друг друга, цените каждое мгновение, да дарует Вам Господь здоровья. Отпевание состоится в среду 20 января в 10 утра в соборе Покрова Пресвятой Богородицы.
