Funeral, lawyers, and estate fees

Hi friends and family! This feels strange to ask but I’ve started this page to ask for help. My mother passed away unexpectedly on August 25, 2018 and we are now dealing with the aftermath of this. Between the cost of traveling for my family, memorial and cremation costs, as well as attorney fees to start the 8-9 month probate court process, things are adding up really quickly. None of us were expecting any of this and there were no plans or will made in the event of something  like this happening.


We are all feeling extremely lost and trying to work through this the best we can but the majority of the financial burden is falling onto my oldest brother and this is primarily for him. 

I have been overwhelmed by the amount of support people have shown our family and it warms my heart to know she touched so many lives. I’ve had so many people asking how they can help, and to let them know if there’s anything they can do.  So this is what I ask of you all,  even if it’s just a dollar, all support will be appreciated and used towards the cost of honoring my mom the way she deserves.
